Sell order didn't fill

So I bought some Shiba and put up a sell order on June 6th.
Earlier today it reached the trigger to sell multiple times but for some reason, the sell order didn't work.
Anyone that knows why this happened? I am really curious as to why it didn't work in the way that I thought it would.
I know it can happen that your order isn't filled when the price reaches the sell order you put in because other orders are first in line but that should mean the price can't rise any further before all the sell orders at that target price are fulfilled. Or am I wrong here?
The other odd thing is that it didn't just happen once, i happened 3 times in quick succession.
