I’m in the “class of 2021”. Bought in Jan, stacked a bunch. In the red for the first time in a while, and it hurts, esp after stacking.
I took a 10min nap in the afternoon, a bath after work, and went for a nice walk after dinner. Paused a few times to take deep breaths for a min straight.
