Ive heard somewhere that binance is going to require KYC on the 17th or 19th (not sure on exact date) but im wondering, does this apply to all countries ? I have not received anything on my email regarding it, nor the binance site says anything about a deadline on my account.
Also, if I decide to do KYC, will my withdrawal limit be instantly slashed to 0.06 after basic then upped when full verification comes through ? Because that might be a huge issue for me.
