Forgive me if these questions have been answered in some form earlier but in light of the recent fee activity for on-chain btc transactions, I had a few questions about using lightning:
1) What is the best way to load a lightning wallet from bitcoin in cold-storage? My understanding is that you would send bitcoin on-chain to the lightning wallet btc address.
2) How long can you leave bitcoin in a commercial non-custodial lightning wallet (Breez for example)?
3) To avoid on-chain fees can you only send from your lightning wallet to another lightning wallet address? What happens if you send from lightning to a regular bitcoin address?
