Please help this Canadian... Por favor :(

I'm in Canada. I used Binance several times a month to send money to family in Argentina and Venezuela. It was the cheapest and easiest and fastest way to do it. I'd go into the app, go to P2P, buy the amount i needed, then transfer it to my cousin's binance (wallet? Is that what it's called?)

Binance is no longer an option. Western Union is insanely expensive in Argentina (a lot is lost in the exchange rate); and not even available in Venezuela.

I am so embarrassed to share with you that i don't know much about crypto (and wallets, on ramps, off ramps, futures, rainbow furries...). I've been deployed to Ukraine to assist with medical evacuations, I've delivered a baby in the middle of rubble with no lights or water, i sutures wounds of Ukrainian AND Russian boys drafted to fight; I'm now on standby waiting for orders to Raffah, and i cannot even figure out a way to send my family money to buy one of the kids antibiotics and analgesia.

Any guidance at all, in the most basic language, would be so sincerely appreciated. I'm looking for something similar to Binance, free.
