Paxful has become almost unusable

Not bought or sold any sort of crypto in five years. I logged back onto Paxful to buy a small amount (<$100) of bitcoin, and man that website has turned into a shithole. It used to be mostly prepaid debit cards with decently civil trades. Now it's almost all really sketchy Venmo/Paypal/Cashapp transactions. For less than $100, I had to sit through 4-5 trades where people either didn't respond or attempted to negotiate a different exchange rate in the chat. Currently arguing with a guy who I PayPal'd a set amount in expectation of receiving that amount back in Bitcoin. Now he's trying to convince me he received slightly less than what I paid him and would I kindly do the needful and reopen the sale so he can send me the $77.50 he received instead of the $80 I paid?

Get fucked buddy. Once I can dispute in 3 hours (why does it need to be that long) bet your ass I'm getting my coins out of escrow.
