Patiently waiting for a solution

I submitted a ticket on april 11th about funds being send to a wallet address that isn't supported on binance US. After some time, Galen replied and asked me to have .005 BTC available for the transfer to be reversed and sent to another wallet address of my choosing.

I have taken the proper steps to authorize this reversal and have been waiting for over a month for the transfer.

What may seem like a small amount of money in the coin I was trying to transfer is a lot for me and has already went down a decent margin since the 11th. I am hoping to hear for any updates on my ticket and ready to provide any necessary actions to help move the process along.
