Opinion: Starting a post should require an investment of moons

With the number of posts ever increasing on this sub and the agitation on moon farming on the rise I was thinking about a method to possibly counter this.

Whenever somebody wants to post something in this sub it requires an investment of moons (let’s say For the sake of simplicity 20 moons). If you submit a good post the likes and comments should be higher than your initial investment. If you shitpost you probably won’t get your investment back and might think twice if you want to continue doing this.

I really think this would help this sub. The only technical issue I foresee is where those 20 moons are gonna go to because there is no central repository, but perhaps someone here has a great idea about how to tackle that.
