Ontario regulations and how to move forward

I was hoping someone may have a little more information regarding the departure of Binance from Ontario Canada. As I understand it, individuals in Ontario are no longer allowed to purchase crypto via Binance. We can continue to use the platform until December-ish(?) when it will be shut down for Ontario residence. I have a few questions regarding the use of the exchange as a wallet and using the staking features. Do residents of Ontario have to vacate all of their holdings from Binance by the end date, or will we still be allowed to use it as a Wallet and Will we still be able to stake coins via the staking feature?

I have an address and a bank account outside of Ontario, if I update my address and financial information to reflect this non-Ontario address and associated bank account, will I still be able to use the Binance app while in Ontario, or does being in Ontario period bar me from using the app as it does in USA?
