Forget about investing and counting the wrinkles on brains for a minute, I'm proud of what our community has built in the last 10-15 years and that we have built the tools to support those without hope.
Background: Our company is about to lose 25% of it's developers who are residents of Russia. These hardworking coworkers of mine got their last paycheck stolen by their government and crypto is the last chance at keeping them employed and financially empowered against their corrupt government.
I hope my CEO listens and takes action with the accounting department or else our company is in for a rough few years trying to replace highly skilled developers who have spent years learning our code. And if the CEO doesn't take action, I wouldn't be surprised if we lose more employees in protest with how this is being handled.
