OKX p2p Exchange Payoneer, is it safe?

Just wondering if someone has used OKX p2p exchange with Payoneer as payment method.

Since Payoneer doesn't allow cryptocurrency purchases (or something like that) does OKX offer enough safety for the p2p exchange?

I haven't used this crypto exchange platform before but I am familiar with Binance p2p exchange.

The problem is Binance doesn't have Payoneer-payoneer payment method for p2p.

Hence, I am looking at OKX as an alternative to purchase usdt from the USD in my payoneer with the best exchange rate and minimal service fees.
