After spending some time here on this sub I’ve finally pulled my BTC from CB exchange to a Nunchuk wallet secured with a Coldcard MK4. Of course there are some options available such as single sig, multi sig etc. However, since I only have one CC MK4 I elected to set it up as a single sig wallet via Coldcard. I am also considering adding another device.. perhaps a BitBox or Jade.
My questions are-
-Is my BTC now “self custody” in its current configuration as listed above? -The wallet which was generated for my BTC… was it generated by the CC MK4 or Nunchuk? -Is Nunchuk well respected? Would I have been better off with Blue, Sparrow or Muun? -Should I add another Key such as Blockstream Jade or BitBox for a 2/2 Multisig? -Lastly… the 2/3 Multisig option… is this the best arrangement?
