9 days ago I, for the first time ever, decided to accept a payment in Bitcoin. Being a total novice in the field, I researched the topic and landed on Coinbase. I completed the verification steps (ID, utility bill) and received over 300 dollars in Bitcoin.
The next day I woke up to an email, notifying me that my account had been flagged for a manual review and access to my funds was being limited upwards to 3 months.
Now since the possibility of something like this happening was never mentioned to me upon registering, I created a support ticket to see what this was about. I explained my situation to them thoroughly. I even asked if there's anything else I could do on my part to speed this up. That was on Sunday, November 28th. Today I finally received an email, which said that my ticket had been closed. They didn't even respond anything. Just closed it.
