I am in Canada and it is difficult to get my Fiat onto the Exchange. Binance offers P2P with e-transfers. The system seems easy enough and fairly secure.
I want to buy USDT, however, I noticed that each individual sets their own conversion rate. It is roughly $1.2 CAD to $1 USD but I see people setting rates of $1.34, $1.44 to one. Why doesn't Binance offer it at the Fiat rate as opposed to having people set their own rate?
