Need some opinions regarding an ongoing case of an hack on kodex.us/binance

Right here's the complete story

On the day of 31st 2022, my belief wallet was hacked and all of the funds(12000$) have been transferred from my wallet to the hacker's pockets and a few minutes later Hacker transferred these funds to his binance account.

By seeing this collection of transactions, I contacted binance help to inform them about this they usually instantly locked that account of the hacker so he/she will't move funds from that account.

Binance help advised me to file an actual case on kodex.us/binance by an area police station inspector to further investigate this case.

At present, I filed a grievance to the crime department of my metropolis they usually raised a ticket for 'theft' and 'freeze belongings and account ' till the investigation lasts. Now binance will respond via that portal and will cope with authority.

I simply need to know what are the probabilities that I get my funds back since I am doing every little thing binance is asking me to. They could ask concerning the supply of each dollar on the trust pockets and I've it all but don't know if I will get my funds back or not.

If someone may also help then please do.

PS- I dont understand how the hack happened; by no means clicked nor related to something; phrase is perhaps compromised as entire but idk
