Need some help trying to recover moons ????

Long story short, for some reason Reddit made me reopen a vault. In doing so, my original vault was replaced and all the moons with it (like a whopping 238) vanished. I have the seed phrase and I do have multiple reddit accounts. Should I try to add the vault to another account? Or do I remember someone saying to try to open it metamask? I have no idea what to do or why that ish happened in the first place, but someone in a thread had told me there was a way to get it back. Thanks to anyone that can point me in the right direction ????????????????????????

Edit Update: I can't see where it's possible to open a 2nd vault on a reddit account as some have suggested.
