Need advice on what to do

I have my polkadot and LRC both I am in the red. DOT my average is 10.37 and LRC .49 , what could I sell these both for and put them into a single coin? I still have some hope for DOT but losing faith in it daily . I Only really care for a 1.5 x and not a moon shot , of course I hope for the moon shot but do not want a degen play. Probably 2k or so total maybe a hair more. Boring and go BTC? I only have like $500 worth of BTC total and ironically that has been my best gain for 2.5x. It has been tough going . Per usual everything I sell goes up after selling. Worst trade has been selling 60 SOL for about $19.87 each a year ago and I just don't want to kick myself for doing it again in the event one of these garbanzo bean fucking coins sky rocket. Halp
