Nano has been locked on Binance

This is getting ridiculous now. To be a legitimate exchange you cannot have these monumental f-ups! All I have on Binance is Nano. For months, they've been telling me that as a US person I cannot trade and must liquidate my account. However they've also disabled nano withdrawals. Now my account is in on a 48 hour countdown and yet I still cannot withdraw nano. How can I close my account if the currency I have is immovable?? I also cannot submit a support ticket because it just tells me that "as a US person, they cannot serve me"... what is this shit?? Just let me trade the nano for BTC or USD and get it off the exchange! What is the end game here??
