Multi-planetary blockchain

First let me say I know i’m thinking way ahead and there are 100s of steps we’ll take before we get there. I just want to see if someone has interesting ideas.

I was wondering as it looks like bitcoin is here to stay how would it work when we become a multi planetary species? We’ll most likely become one before the last halving in 2140. The speed of light is fine for the scale of earth but when it takes more than a few minutes for the signal to reach then things start to look impossible.

Does it mean Earth will be the only one to have true Layer 1 Bitcoin and separate planets will have each a Layer 2 solution that will communicate with Earth (like lightning)?

Imagine how insane it will be in 1000 years if they look back at Earth as the origin of L1 that the whole species is using.

Wouldn’t that make it a problem because small group of miners only on Earth will control the majority (if we don’t figure out a solution)? As energy from outside of Earth will be too far away for their miners to join the network.
