Most cost effective way to trade ETH

So I have had a small amount of ETH since 2018/19. a big mistake I made was just leaving it there. If watch it pump, then crash over and over again. I want to try something new this bull cycle. There will probably be a few big corrections over the next few months. I was thinking about keeping half of my money in ETH, sell half, then wait for a correction and invest it back in. I know it’s impossible to time it correctly, but I’d like to give it a go. Would it be best to sell my ETH when I think the time is right, or convert it to USDC, then convert it back after a correction? I don’t want to keep spending loads on Coinbase fees to buy and sell constantly. Don’t bother sending me any private messages by the way because I won’t be responding to them.

Thanks guys!
