Metamask hacked, insights?

I got hacked two days ago, seems the hacker sent the funds through some fixedfloat platform, any help in identifying this person would be much appreciated.

Any help would be appreciated, I honestly don't know how this happened. One thing that comes to mind this last month was that I opened the wallet on a new mac laptop I got from work, it is a new laptop but I did copy the seed phrase to the clipboard in there instead of typing it.

My seedphrase is stored in a keepassfile secured by a 40 character password, that I store on a different keepass file also secured with a long password, although I admit I have my keepass file in the cloud, it is impossible it got accessed to and not have the rest of my life also hacked, which doesn't seem to be the case.

I got told approving unlimited cap on unsafe contracts might be a potential venue, however the only contracts that show up when I look it up are tokens that I hold / held.

Another potential venue is connected sites, which I have the following:

There's also some metamask portfolio but I think that's metamask's own swap, shouldn't be a venue of attack.

That's it, I am at a loss what could've happened but any insights is appreciated, I have ordered a ledger device and will secure my funds in it, and am not storing that seedphrase anywhere else anymore, but any tips of other venues will be much appreciated.
