Made the mistake of telling my fiance about my MATIC gains.

She thinks crypto is pretty stupid and doesn't take it serious at all. Always tells me I'm obsessed when she sees me reading about it. She doesn't know much about my portfolio, because compared to many it isn't very impressive.

I told her about my MATIC gains and now she wants me to cash out and pay for a honeymoon which is about 6 months away.

I'm very against cashing anything out yet. How do you guys handle things like this with people who don't share your optimism for crypto and only think about the present?

Edit: thanks for all the awards and comments...didn't expect this to get any traction. Many have been very supportive and I will take the advice as I make my choice with crypto as well as this relationship. You guys/gals are amazing.
