Looking for info on binance api changes and info on other options

Can i ask what they are changing about the api?

I was thinking once moving part of my investments to a ledger to use api with a program i would make to carry out dollar cost averaging as doing it manually with investments split would make it much harder to know when the value has changed by the amount i want before i buy or sell.

Also i started using the api to try make a price prediction program, would this no longer work in the future? Are there any better apis or other (popular) exchanges with good api support?
