Looking for Decentralized KYC Services

I want to create a DAO that is also like a cooperative. So every person can only have one vote. Are there any decentralized KYC options available you can point me to?

Since it won’t be a big money project it would be nice if the service is for free or at least very cheap.

More context: I think DAO’s are great use cases for crypto. They solve real world issues like trust-less organizing combined with asynchronous working for a worldwide group of like-minded individuals.

One big issue i see is the power structure. In most DAOs wealthy individuals can buy themselves more power and therefore the majority of members doesn’t feel very impactful and lose interest (voter absence).

Are there any DAOs you can point me to, that are already solving this issue?

If you would have a DAO where your vote is really worth something and everyone is equal in regards to voting power i suspect the best argument would win and not the wealthiest token holder/founder.

I think this field has huge potential for organizations and i want to make my own experiment. So which services you can recommend or you heard of, that enable thus kind of one-person-one-vote DAOs?
