Looking for a way to place anonymous payments on mainstream platforms which don't accept crypto using proxies with whatever way will secure my data

In the spirit of a free and open and secure internet, I was hoping to make transactions on websites without giving the platform my personal billing data. There has to be some legal areas where this is allowed depending on the platform - to allow a buyer anonymity for security purposes. are there services I can use like paypal but with more anonymity or are we always meant to be subject to the all seeing eye.
