KYC US citizen that's been living in UK question

I'm getting ready to verify my identity on binance but it occurs to me I'm in a strange situation. I've been living in UK with girlfriend where there wasn't any restrictions when I made my account. I put residence as in the UK not really thinking about it mattering. I'm still living in the UK so every time I logged in it just took me to the regular site

But now as I get ready to do KYC I realize I'm about to declare I'm a US citizen.

What will happen to my account?

Is there any kind of likelihood they will lock me out of the account all together? I haven't been doing any margin trading so I don't think I even broke any rules. But I have been technically using the wrong binance platform for a while.
