Keep crypto to yourself

I know we all want to share with our friends and family but you should be careful with how much you talk about it to others. Not only for security reasons but talking people into financial Investments is a dangerous game especially if family or close friends are involved. Ask yourself if that relationship is worth bringing money into because they may blame you if things go south and it is a tricky thing to learn.

But if you have someone dedicated enough and they are truly interested in crypto you could help them start small. But I wouldn't seek them out, let them bring it up on conversation and then perhaps you can both discuss it responsibly. You just have to be smart when dealing with any financial matter and crypto is no different.

We all want to share how much we learn but this space is still very fresh, and the lessons we learn are not always repeatable so it's best to let others make their own path if they so choose. Try not to influence others decisions too, but definitely advise them to play it safe with btc or eth at first, always the best way to go at the start.

Alts are simply too volatile for a newer investor and it can be hard to stomach the losses. Btc and eth losses should be temporary so you won't lose unless you sell at a loss. This is also a very important point that you should be financially stable with a nest egg before ever getting into crypto because you might need the money and sell by force, you never know what life will throw at you.
