Just spent 6 plus hours in a chat with Binance customer service only to be told they can't help.

I hadn't used my account in about 4 years and at first I was trying to get SMS verification removed for an old number but their system kept rejecting my passport. So they made me jump through about 4 hours of hoops to prove I was who I claim to be, one of which was uploading a video of myself holding the document, showing the photo page and flicking through the visas inside, after which the relevant "Team" apparently accepted that the passport was valid but still required me to provide a bunch more information, after which the sms vverification was removed. Not so fast though, because once I manage to log in I'm confronted by the requirement to verify my identity if I actually want to do any thing (a new requirement since I last used the platform I believe?). This again requires me to upload my passport. Rejected again. Back to the service chat again. Escalated again. But this time they rejected outright me and now will only respond with "we are unable to provide any further information without a subpoena". Absolute prize bunch of f#$&wits

Any advice on which of the other exchanges I should take my custom to?
