I have 2 problems with my account.
1) Can't verify my address. Sent my phone provider statement and was returned a failed response because mobile providers aren't valid. But I sent my landline provider statement (this company only provides landlines no mobiles in my country). Currently can't send bank statement because bank website is having trouble.
2) My second name isn't included in my personal information so when I try to buy cryptos using my bank card the name doesn't fully match and transaction is refused.
How that can be adressed? I haven't found those cases in the feddback or support KBs.
