Is it ok for bitcoin nodes to be late a few blocks?

I noticed while opening channels in lnd that it sometimes will wait more time after 3 confirmations are shown on mempool.space. Indeed, my bitcoin node seems slow to reach the same block height, increasing the 'umber of transactions regularly, apparently doing nothing intensive, but not increasing block height as fast, the sometimes growing block height of 3 blocks at once. Can it cause some issues for my lightning node, except for the slower reaction time? And what could I do to improve that reaction time?
