Internal Transaction Transaction Not Updating Balance

Hi all,

I was sent some eth on a transaction and it seems the sender use Kucoins and they bundled as internal transactions. The issue is it shows on the transaction all as internal transactions and shows my address correctly. However my balance did not update.

I use trust wallet and it scans etherscan which shows on my wallet no payment being recieved. However if I look at the transfer it shows it being credited as an internal transfer to the correct wallet id.

Reading here someone else used a different wallet and I installed Zerion and it sees the transaction however it does not show my balance as being updated. So it sees 0.2 when it should say 0.3.

As its a non custodial wallet I am a little lost on how I can get the etherscan to update or pull that transaction in and update. Zerion sees the transaction in history but isnt crediting.

Any advise
