Started using Binance 2 weeks ago (07/28). Tried to make a deposit to Binance thru card via Paymaya Mastercard. I made two transactions, one of 1000 PHP and another of 800 PHP. The expected fee for both is 19 PHP and 15.20 PHP, respectively. However, when I checked my account, it was deducted 200 per transaction, and the receipt is still stuck on processing until now. Has anyone experienced this, and if so, what did you do?
Also, is there a way to file a complaint to Binance regarding this? Thank you!
