In the next bull run, what new features will alts need to be successful?

Altcoins are cryptocurrencies that are alternative to Bitcoin, the market’s first and most dominant digital currency, they can offer different features, functions, and benefits that Bitcoin may not have, such as faster transactions, lower fees, more privacy, or more innovation.

In the 2021 bullmarket the most important features an altcoin needed was:

1. having fast transactions
2. low fees
3. support for smart contracts
4. defi and nfts

But i was wondering: “What will the altcoins that do well in the next bull run look like?”
