I'm really hoping that the government stops looking at crypto as the enemy

It seems like every week we are getting more news about someone in government who hates crypto, and it's not just the American government although that is clearly a problem. I don't know if it's lack of understanding (having such old presidents doesn't help) or the fact that they see it as something they can't control but there seems to be a rather baseless hostility towards crypto and anyone having control over their own finances. I feel like the meme coins and rug pulls definitely don't help our cause but it would be nice if it felt like someone was on our side.
