I stopped getting referral payouts for a few months.

Dealing with binance customer service is an absolute nightmare, they basically just play dumb and repeat themselves.

My issue is referrals aren't coming through on my account

They keep telling me they want the email accounts of the people I referred, to verify the issue.

The stupidity of this request just hurts my head, they know what they're doing it's a request I can't do because the people I referred are strangers.

Im wondering about those influencers who basically survive off refferal income, when binance decides not to pay them and they wonder why is it reasonable to just tell people to go and get their emails?

It's like a bank refusing to pay a restaurant unless they give the addresses of all the people that paid them by cerdit card
