I sent btc to bybit and it didnt go through now I can’t get it back

I need assistance. Im talking to help, however help confirms that transaction is confirmed and tht the probelm is from individual using Bybit. Then the wprson contacted Bybit help they usually stated they will’t do something just to see that they didn’t get the btc. What the fk am I suppose to do? Where did the cash went? Weirdly enough second time they did get it, third time I despatched small sum they usually acquired it too however fourth time I sent massive sum they usually didn’t get it once more. Anybody had this drawback? I actually need answering
