I need your help to learn Ethereum. Please!

Hello everyone, I'm a Solutions Architect working in a consulting firm, and I have to prepare a Blockchain solution, based in Ethereum. This is a first time for me working with blockchain but I'm VERY excited about this opportunity to learn and implement a real-life solution. I really really really want to learn and work with this amazing technology that is transforming so many industries processes, and our life.

That being said... I need to learn how to run an ethereum node and about DAPP architecture (not developing, just architecture) as soon as possible and this is where I need your advice. I'm a big fan of uDemy, and I was checking for some curses there but there is so much content, and I don't have much time to spend hours until I finally get the course I need. The course/courses I choose must be the one I need. What do you think? Is that possible? Some additional background... I'm not a developer, or software engineer, I have cero knowledge of javascript, c, go,.... I know python thou. I'm not interested in becoming an Ethereum Developer, I'm only interested in the Architecture part of creating DAPPs.

Can you please help me to learn those two things (run a node, dapp architecture) in the most time efficient way?
