I just want to delete my account

Hey everybody,

I've zero$ on it for some time, however I nonetheless have this error message repeatedly once I click on "close my account":
"Closure not allowed This account cannot be closed for the next causes : There's an ongoing attraction or an unresolved case."

My account is verified. I didn't do something shady. Inconceivable to know why. Inconceivable to speak with a human.

Does anybody may also help?
