I have some privacy concerns!

I made a Binance account around 2-Three years ago, used it for a while and had a small sum of money in my wallet. After some time i needed to eliminate the account but had a very small amount of crypto in my pockets that i could not withdraw, spoke to customer service about eradicating my account but they advised me the perfect i can do right now's to disable my account and that after some years of my account being disabled it might routinely delete itself.
I removed all my info from my account and disabled the account around more than an yr ago.

5 days in the past i get an e mail with Id Verification Failed. I've not been doing completely anything it says if i don't recognize this activity, which i don't, to reset my password (which i did) and to get in touch with customer help, however customer help needs me to log into my account. After i get to log into my account i see that the account is blocked and it asks me to unlock it. I don't need to unlock it as a result of i am pretty positive it's blocked because i disabled it and dont need to enter the account so it can be deleted.

I really dont need this account and that i dont care concerning the small ammount that i've in my pockets i really need to delete this account however after making an attempt the whole lot i cant. So because of that i feel my privateness is in jeopardy.
