I have reached the “depression” stage

Long story short I invested all I could into crypto in 2021. Seeing the promising potential and technological innovations I couldn’t help myself. Over the past 2+ years I have watched it go down lower and lower. Every spare dollar I get I DCA and try to lower my averages but I’m still down so much. So much red, so many negative symbols. Bitcoin, altcoins.. it doesn’t matter.

I even invested thousands in the stock market to be safe and diversified in 2021 yet I’m still down 80% on those investments. I even put several thousand into a “safe” mutual fund as well which is down 75% to date.

I want to throw up thinking about all my lost money yet every-time I get a little more I can’t help but think “maybe I can invest more so I can watch it grow for the next bull market, but the bull market doesn’t come and I lose more. What is wrong with me. Why can’t I make a singular dollar. How do I end this cycle. I’m so tired of this, any advice can help
