I have 0.0008 BTC in Binance and it will cost 0.00057 in fees to withdraw it, how do I avoid getting over 50% fees.

No really though I am very frustrated. I sent some XLM to binance o trade it for BTC. Now I am trying to buy something online with my BTC. I am attempting to put all my BTC in one place and now I find that Binance is going to take over 50% of my money when I attempt to withdraw??!?!??!?! This is almost a scam!!! How do I stop this or withdraw my money without it all getting taken from me? I will be ditching binance forever if there isn't a way.
