I can’t login to my binance account and they won’t let me reset my password.

So as of yesterday I tried to access my binance account and it said my password was wrong and also for some reason my Face ID wasn’t letting me login and isn’t saved into my phone somehow. I tried resetting my password through email and phone but on the binance.us app it doesn’t send at all. I went on the website and tried to reset my password through phone and email and it says “sorry our systems are busy please try again later” Have they been hacked? This is all of my savings so I’m super depressed and worried I have lost everything I’ve worked hard for. Any help or advise is appreciated. I haven’t had the account long and didn’t set up 2fa.
