How to sell my moons

Simple question for the group. I've got myself a few hundred moons "off-chain" and I'm wanting to know exactly what I need to do to move these moons onto an exchange to sell them. I've previously moved a large number of moons onto Kraken in the good old days of easy earning moons but honestly, things seem a bit more complex now that it's not just moons to vault to metamask to exchange. Things used to seem so smooth in my opinion. Please could some kind soul jump in and help me out here with a link to a guide or a guide of their own. All help is much appreciated
