How to receive BTC via Lightning Network?

Hey guys,

I have a problem that annoys me a lot.. I first time bought BTC via Paxful, which I regret, and they want 15$ as sending fee. The total amount I wanted to send is 18$. So this way I only receive 3$. which is very bad for me.. Then I read that Paxful can send with the Lightning method, but I can't figure out how I can send them to my electrum wallet.. I don't understand how to create a channel.. plus I do not have any btc on the wallet. Only on Paxful. Is there a more easy way? Or another wallet where I can receive BTC via Lightning? Anyone any ideas? Thank you very much..
