How to mentally get over loss of money?

Hi everyone. I'm not really coming from a wealthy country or from a wealthy family. I'm just an average person in my country who is earning average money. My whole life I have been a perfectionist and I was always trying to make a smart decisions in my life. I was always analyzing every situation from all aspects and taking all the risks before doing any action. No matter if that decision requires money or not. Something horrible happened to me 2 days ago.

I'm not sure are you all aware of cyberleek token. It is basically made from one guy/woman/group who is leaking parts of gta 6 gameplay for the crypto they made. My cousin is doing all kind of investments all the time and he is getting money from them frequently, but I never wanted to listen to his advices. Anyways, he told me to invest at least 20 USD into this token 2 days ago because it is increasing a lot and that i will get minimum 80 dollars in couple of hours. I don't know what happened to me to just fall for that... Without any thinking or research...

I think you know what happened. I lost almost all of that money. Now it's worth around 5 USD and I keep refreshing the app and praying it to jump to at least 10 USD so I can pull it back. This feels horrible. 6 hours of my hard work just went into air. I can't sleep for these two days at all. Only thing I do whole day and night is just refreshing the app. How to get over this loss? In my 28 years of life I never made such a decision and I have no idea what happened to me...
