How to create test orders with python-binance?

I've been exploring the python-binance API and I have been able to get working examples of accessing historical trades, aggregating crypto data, and getting data at different time intervals. However, I am unable to place test orders. I am using Binance Testnet, which lets you place orders using a paper trade account. This is an example where I am able to access trades from a certain time interval of a certain cryptocurrency.

agg_trades = client.aggregate_trade_iter(symbol='ETHBTC', last_id=23380478)

If I could get any guidance on how to place orders in the Binance API, I would very much appreciate it.
