How does this Bitcoin thing work??

I've got 19 something dollars in bitcoin. I have zero knowledge of how any of this works or how to understand it. (I have it because I nearly got scammed and decided not to go through with a deal and kept it ) I will attach a screenshot and hope anyone out there can explain what the numbers mean and how I can potentially make money off of it? Or how can I even use this money if I wanted to for purchases etc? I've had this for about a month. Started at $18. Thank you for reading!
