How do you get permission to mint on Binance NFT?

Hello everyone i've been using Binance for almost a year now and today the NFT market got my attention, went into Binance NFT to check it out. As i keep looking into it i couldn't find anything to create my own NFT then i noticed that the "create" button disappears almost immediately when i refresh the page, anyways i managed to click on it and got sent to the "mint" page.

There are 3 buttons to mint, image, video and audio. None of them works but i noticed (after refreshing the page multiple times) that a little message box appears on top of the page and quickly disappears, it says "Sorry, you do not have mint permission".

Searched around internet on how to get mint permission on Binance and found almost nothing more than 2 reddit posts asking and some vague answers like "Binance selected people" or something like that.

Hope someone around here can enlighten me with wisdom about this!
