How do I actually find good alpha?

Even the discord groups of the biggest influencers in crypto are filled with scams and rug pulls. I just don't get why it's so hard to find some actually good information. Are there really know people who know what they're talking about that are kind enough to share their opinion. Even just finding people to copy trade from is difficult. Somehow you'll always lose money even if you copy trade from a "professional trader". So how do I get inside a community with good signals that doesn't wanna scam me?
