How can I find what type of network my wallet/exchange service use to send cryptos?

Hi there

I want to sell my BTC, ETH or any other cryptos to a local shop, and they ask me in their website to choose correct network before sending and if I choose the wrong one they won't confirm my payment.

Here are the network types I must choose correctly:

Binance Chain (BEP2)

Binance Smart Chain (BEP20)

Bitcoin

BTC (SegWit)

First of all, what are these thnigs? and how can I find which one should I choose if I want to withdraw (send) to another address for these wallets/exchanges?:

Trust wallet

CoinEx

NiceHash

I really can't afford losing my coins as the shop may claim they haven’t received anything on my selected network so your help would be appreciated and I couldn't find any solid answer on net.
